Teko more than any other brand we know of have taken environmental issues to heart and developed a range product with the highest environmental credentials. Their socks are mainly made from organic merino wool , organic cotton wool and recycled polyester.
They have four ranges of socks:
SUMMIT SERIES Natural un-dyed teko merino wool close to your skin with a nylon outer for longevity. Looser fit ideal for layering
EVOLUTION SERIESAvailable in merino wool and recycled polyester:
EcoMerino Constructed with finer yarn and denser stitches using wool on the inside and outside sandwichning a core of nylon covered lycra. Ideal for athletic and everyday wear.
teko poly 100% recycled polyester. They do not absorb water so are quick drying and ideal for adventure racing, biking and running
ORGANIC COTTON SERIES teko cotton is produced organically and unbleached. Very comfortable and ideal for everyday use but less suitable for high exertion activities where you will sweat.
