Thanks to a combination of padding zones and ventilation channels, this sock is especially well suited for wear on fast sprints or medium distances. The padding on instep and heel buffers the shocks caused by every powerful stride, and the integrated ventilation channels along the sole and instep allow fresh air to circulate in the shoe. In addition, this sock features the new, patented Lambertz-Nicholson Achilles heel protector,which creates a hollow in which this sensitive area is protected from the friction that can cause skin abrasions and blisters.

• AirConditioning-Channel Air-conditiones the Foot. It is constructed using a fine-knit mesh, so with every step moist air is pumped out of the shoe and fresh air is drawn back in.
• AirFlow Ankle Pads. Cushion and secure the ankle, maintaining a protective distance from the shoe and ensuring air circulation.
• Lambertz-Nichols Achilles' tendon Protector. This special protector prevents strain on the sensitive Achilles tendon because it is protected by a surrounding cushion. This shock-absorbing cushion serves as a buffer between foot and shoe and thus prevents pressure and friction.
• Heel Protector. The heel area is particularly prone to blisters: The Heel Protector absorbs friction and thus effectively decreases the risk of blistering.
• Traverse AirFlow Channel System. a ventilation system made up of three channels that conduct moisture and heat to the intake area of the AirConditioning Channel. The traverse ventilation system insures that large areas of the sole of the foot, areas normally tightly pressed into the shoe, are amply supplied with fresh air.
• Anatomically shaped footbed for the "R"-right and "L"-left foot. The Air-Conditioning-Channel extends under the arch and aerates the foot allowing free and natural mobility with each step.
• ToeTip Protector made of a shock-absorbing hollow-chamber yarn that cushions and protects the toes and the especially sensitive tips of the toes.
• AirCool Stripes The anatomically-shaped right / left footbeds are made of Skin NODOR, a yarn which inhibits odour and the growth of bacteria and ensures pleasantly dry and hygienically fresh feet. Integrated into the Skin NODOR material are AirCool-Stripes, of breathable Mythlan™ processed into a fine-knit net. These high-tech functional fibres cool and ventilate feet even under the sole and provide incredible comfort even on the hottest days of summer.
